With many cute monsters, he suddenly became a controller from Batteryman. You're aiming for the V on the head.
Once upon a time, he was a trump card that had significance in actively teaming up with Batteryman. In this era, he had 2,600 RBIs with 2 GY removed, and a total of 2 removed, giving him a performance like Chronomaly. A high-spec monster with card power that is not embarrassing compared to other trump cards, even from a modern perspective. You can clearly see that the card power increased at the end of the 5th term.
However, even though the summoning conditions are loose, he is not easy to summon because Batteryman is not good at fertilizing his GY. It may not be compatible with the resurrection and salvage that Batteryman is good at, but it may be surprisingly well balanced.

Overall Rating: Use Batteryman as link material, remove it and use the effect.
You can search from 《Batteryman 9-Volt》, and if you deploy from 《Batteryman Charger》, you can use those two as link materials to secure the Special Summon cost.
Even 《Batteryman Solar》, which feeds GY, is a good match.
However, the important removal content is only one monster and one of his Spell / Trap cards, and if it is not on the opponent's field, it is necessary to destroy your own card.
You can destroy 《Spirit Converter》and aim for salvage, but Kana has little merit for the large amount of GY cost required.
However, since Thunder is excluded to use the effect, there is a subtle synergy with Thunder Dragon.
It may be possible to deploy Rank 8.

The removal performance is relatively high, but it is easy to rot because GY needs to be fat.

Batteryman's second trump card.
His ATK isn't that high and he can only Special Summon with his own effects, so his other Batteryman and support can't do his Special Summon at all.
Also, summoning requires excluding two of his GY's Batteryman, so it has the drawback of completely rotting if GY is not exceeded. It also removes Thunder every time the effect activates, so putting him in Batteryman without a second thought is not a good matchup.
However, the destruction effect is strong in that it can destroy 1 monster and 1 of his Spell Trap, a total of 2 cards.
In short, if you adopt this card, you will need to build around this card, so it's not a very powerful card. For the time being, I'm going to exclude it, so I'd like to have around Burial from a Different Dimension.

Batteryman's trump card. But it's a letter rare. It's cheaper now.
Batteryman's trump card that appears after removing two of his Batterymen from GY. Batteryman is relatively easy to Special Summon because square and button types tend to accumulate in his GY. However, GY uses up his resources, and it doesn't mean that he wins by putting out this, so when I want to get one kill, I feel like it's my job to make up for the lack of fuel cells.
Other than one-kill, he is easy to use GY, such as "Portable Battery Pack" and quick charge, so it may be subtle.

In his normal deck, summoning and effect costs are very low, but with Batteryman, who has few absolute numbers and focuses on reviving, even removing a few can be fatal.
